Bull Run Exterior Wash LLC is an owner-operated exterior cleaning company based at 1043 Garland Ave, San Jose, CA 95126. We serve homeowners and businesses in Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, and lower Alameda County. Bull Run Design and Build LLC is a sister company operated by the same owner and is covered by this same policy when you contact us for construction or handyman work through this website.

What we collect

When you submit a quote request form on this website, we collect:

• Your email address — so we can confirm the request and send a written quote.
• Your name — so we know who we're talking to.
• Your phone number — so we can call or text you about your job.
• Any comments you write — so we know what work you're asking about.

We also collect basic, anonymous website analytics through Google Ads and Google Forms (page views, ad clicks, form submissions) so we can measure whether our marketing is working. We do not collect your physical address until you talk to us directly.

How we use your information

• To respond to your quote request, schedule a free on-site estimate, and follow up on the job.
• To send service-related messages (appointment reminders, on-the-way texts, scheduling changes, completion photos).
• To keep records of customer communications for our own business reference.
• To improve our website and advertising (using aggregated, non-personal analytics).

We will never use your information to send unrelated marketing, sales pitches for other businesses, or anything you didn't ask for.

SMS & phone consent (TCPA notice)

By providing your phone number on our quote form, you consent to receive calls and SMS text messages from Bull Run Exterior Wash LLC about your quote and any work you book with us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or call us at (408) 598-1857. Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of phone calls — to stop calls, tell us directly and we'll remove your number from our list.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Period.

We share limited information only when strictly necessary to operate the business:

• Google (Forms, Sheets, Ads): our quote form is hosted on Google Forms and your submission is stored in our private Google Sheet. Google's privacy policy applies to their handling of that data.
• Bull Run Design and Build LLC: if your request involves construction or handyman work, we share your contact details with this sister company (same owner) to handle the job.
• Law enforcement or courts: only if we are legally required to (e.g. valid subpoena or court order).

How long we keep your information

We keep your contact information and job records for as long as needed to provide service and for our own business records (typically up to 7 years for tax and warranty purposes). You can request earlier deletion at any time — see "Your rights" below.

Your rights under California law (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you.
• Access a copy of that information.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your personal information (subject to legal record-keeping requirements).
• Opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share — but you have the right anyway).

Cookies & tracking

This website uses minimal tracking. We use Google Ads conversion tracking (tag ID AW-17039498964) to measure whether visitors who click our ads end up submitting a quote form. We do not use cookies for advertising profiles, retargeting, or cross-site tracking. Your browser allows you to block cookies if you prefer — doing so will not affect your ability to submit a quote.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in password-protected Google accounts with two-factor authentication. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are for property owners and business operators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes will be noted in any active customer communications. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
